BADGER (Meles meles)

We have quite a number of badgers in our areas. Solitary and nocturnal animal, we meet with the badger most often at the wild boar baits, before the arrival of the entitled. This is the hunting method we recommend for your comfort (though you need patience), from 1 August until 31 March. Another method is getting the badger out of the den with a dog, during the day, a spectacular method, but requires more effort and results are not always there.
